Kandis acid is one of the spices that often used for cooking and health ingredient. Processing kandis fruit skin by drying process. Drying can be done using tools or in sun. still not optimal because there no temperature control during drying, this study was carried out an arduino-based oven so initial could determined controlled. This aims to evaluate arduino uno-based also method on quality produced. Based research has been done, controlling running well, automatically controls return set point (60 0C). The best a tool, seen from observations such as mold growth, time rate. However, sun, value vitamin C higher than tool. rind 2,7 kg each moisture content tool 83,289% with final 9,672% sunlight 83,744% 10,796%. 9,3 hours rate 0,041 kg/hour, while 20,7 0,036 kg/hour.
